The Mt. Wheeler Power project consisted of a new 6,300 sq. ft. warehouse and a 16,500 sq. ft. vehicle storage building. In addition to the new buildings, CBS renovated the existing facility to accommodate future growth and expansion. The existing warehouse was also renovated into office space and the lobby was enhanced to provide a safer environment.
