The project consists of a 129,000 sq. ft. two story tilt-up office building headquarters, a one-story warehouse, vehicle storage, material storage, and maintenance building, built on over 30 acres. The office is designed with an open floor plan, to support the culture of Midwest Energy, to provide a collaborative atmosphere. A 6,000 sq. ft. data center will be constructed out of concrete walls and a hardened construction frame.
