Located in Moncks Corner, South Carolina, this large-scale development included a 202,000 square foot, 2-story office building equipped with a warehouse, vehicle storage, and covered material space. The project also included a separate standalone 25,000 square foot maintenance building and carport, along with 49 acres of site improvements.

The project was thoughtfully designed with unique features to benefit Berkeley Electric, including the ability to withstand a category 4 hurricane (156 mph sustained winds). To achieve this threshold, the building exterior was constructed of concrete tilt-up walls with impact rated glazing and the roof was reinforced to reduce uplift forces. All buildings were designed to be fully operational during storm events with backup generators and uninterruptable power supplies. This included a fuel island with gas and diesel to refuel service trucks and equipment.
