Berkeley is constructing a new 202,000 sq. ft. headquarters building on a 49-acre site in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. The new facility includes a warehouse, vehicle storage, a two-story office space, and a 25,000 sq. ft. stand alone vehicle maintenance building.
