This completed facility includes 28,900 sq. ft. of office, vehicle storage, and warehouse space on 10 acres. The building includes energy efficient designs including geothermal heating and cooling systems, LED lights, radiant floor heating systems, and much more. The office consists of a structural steel frame and brick façade, while the warehouse portion is supported by pre-engineered metal building design.
