The Kootenai Electric Cooperative project in Hayden, Idaho consisted of a new 38,200 square foot office space, 29,880 square foot vehicle storage, 25,820 square foot warehouse, 32,940 square foot covered storage, and an 11,600 square foot maintenance building and associated sitework.
