A new 11,500 sq. ft. Customer Service Building on the existing campus was constructed by Cooperative Building Solutions. This project required the existing building to be demolished and called for a temporary relocation of administrative personnel to an adjacent building. Daily coordination with the cooperative’s operations, member access, and safety was a priority during construction. The new office building was designed to meet the surroundings of St. George, Utah and the local jurisdictions regulations. High-efficiency design concepts have been utilized throughout all aspects of the project.
The project also consisted of a new 18,000 sq. ft. Engineering and Operations office building at a different location across town. The building contains a brick and EIFS façade, TPO roof, and a structural steel frame. This facility also contains energy efficient design concepts.
