CBS recently completed construction of a new headquarter facility and operations center for Whitewater Valley Rural Electric Membership Corporation (WWVREMC) in Liberty, Indiana. Founded in 1936, WWVREMC distributes electricity to nearly 12,000 meters across six counties throughout east-central Indiana.

After years of operating from multiple locations, WWVREMC wanted to centralize their infrastructure in order to better serve their next generation of members and employees. CBS worked closely with WWVREMC to plan and design a new campus to best suit their unique needs.

The project scope consisted of new and improved office space, warehousing, truck bays, secure storage areas, and a convenient drive-through window for members. Additional project features include a geothermal heating/cooling system, an underground water tank for fire suppression, and enhanced security throughout the campus.
