Cooperative Building Solutions partnered with Surry-Yadkin Electric Membership Corporation to design and build a new and improved headquarter campus in Dobson, North Carolina. The cooperative project consisted of a new 15,500 square foot office area and warehouse, an 11,600 square foot covered vehicle storage area with a loading dock, and additional associated site work throughout their existing facility.
