This project consisted of a new office, vehicle storage, and warehouse facility for Southern Pioneer Electric Company in Medicine Lodge, Kansas. Southern Pioneer Electric Company serves approximately 17,200 consumers and operates in nine counties and 34 communities.
The new facility consists of 20,000 square feet of pre-engineered metal building structure with brick and metal panel facade, geothermal HVAC systems, and site development of 9 acres.
