Cooperative Building Solutions constructed a new 4,500 sf operations facility to house Medina Electric Cooperative’s dispatch center located inside the ICC 500 storm shelter within the building. The facility is built on a raised foundation and slab in order to be out of the flood plain. With a renovation to the existing office board room, both projects were completed on an active campus without interruption to Medina’s daily operations.
