The informative piece highlights CBS’s extensive headquarter project at Kootenai Electric Cooperative in Rathdrum, Idaho.
The project was completed on time and within budget and consisted of the following improvements:
- 38,200 square foot office building
- 29,880 square foot vehicle storage area
- 25,820 square foot warehouse
- 32,940 square foot of covered material storage
- 11,600 square foot maintenance building
