CBS was honored to participate in and sponsor the third annual Bright Ideas 5K with Berkeley Electric Cooperative. The race was held at beautiful Cypress Gardens in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. All proceeds from the special event benefit Berkeley Electric Cooperative’s Bright Ideas Education Grant Program, which supports innovative and effective projects that are not covered by traditional school funding. The race raised $50,000 as grants for 48 teachers representing more than 20 local schools.
