This new headquarters facility for Mississippi County Electric Cooperative includes a 29,000 sq. ft. headquarters facility in Blytheville, Arkansas. Aging facilities, growth, and the addition of the fiber communications initiative drove the need to expand operations. The facility includes administrative offices, operations support for linemen and engineering staff, vehicle storage, and warehouse space. The office space consists of storm-hardened construction to protect employees and valuable equipment. Energy efficient design concepts such as Variable Refrigerant HVAC, LED lighting, and solar panels were used for the project.
