Central Texas Electric Cooperative – Fredericksburg
Central Texas Electric Cooperative has teamed up with Cooperative Building Solutions to design and build this project to accommodate their growing needs.
In Fredericksburg, TX, a new 48,000 operations facility was constructed adjacent to the existing headquarters. The operations facility provides protection for trucks and equipment, a mechanic shop, warehouse space, as well as space for operational support. The structure of the building is a pre-engineered metal building, with a stone and plaster façade.
Construction began in the Spring of 2016 and was completed in the Spring of 2017.
