“I want to thank you for including Harold G. Butzer, Inc. as a part of your design build construction team at Callaway Electric Cooperative in Fulton, MO. I feel that the project was a huge success, and that the group of subcontractors that CBS utilized for the project worked extremely well together and produced a project that we should all be proud of. PARIC superintendent Mike Rozier did a fantastic job keeping the project on schedule, and he organized the work flow in an efficient manner which was appreciated by all parties.”

“Tri-County Electric recently moved into a new complex consisting of an office building, a warehouse and truck storage. Cooperative Building Solutions provided us with a turnkey solution approach (from design thru construction) on this project. The complex was completed on budget and on schedule with minimal change orders. The CBS team was timely in providing information allowing us to make informed decisions throughout all phases of the project. Tri-County Electric now has a quality, reasonable cost facility, which will meet our needs for the next fifty years.”

“Consolidated Electric recently employed the services of Cooperative Building Solutions (CBS). Consolidated Electric’s project included a new headquarters facility, removal of an older warehouse facility and construction of a new warehouse building as well as a remodel of a portion of the existing operations building. The project came in ahead of schedule and under budget. Our staff appreciated the opportunity to be involved without the obligation of the day to day requirements of the project. In addition to their expertise and experience in building electric cooperative facilities a critical determining factor in the decision to employ CBS was having the ability to use local labor when feasible. Bid invitations were sent to all local vendors and contractors and we used a significant amount of local labor for a variety of trades. Looking back at our project one of our best decisions was to employ the services of CBS. We would definitely recommend their services and use them again.”
